Time for an Extreme Landscape "Make-Over" or total Renovation?

Process:  Our Landscape Designer, Christal Davis, will meet with you to conduct a site analysis, discuss Landscape Issues and help you identify your landscape vision and goals. This meeting will be guided by your budget. So don’t forget to establish one prior to our meeting. Once this meeting has been complete an estimate will be provided for your review. Upon acceptance of the estimate the Landscape Design process can begin.

• The design fee of $350* is paid upfront as the design is being drafted.
• The design fee is applied back as a credit with your landscape installation of $3,500* or more.
• Once the design is complete if you decide to hold off on your project installation then the design is yours and the fee of $350* is ours.

Timeline:  From beginning to end the Design process can take from 2-4 weeks. This includes site visit, estimate, design and installation. We always encourage our clients to meet with Christal at the Nursery to see plants in person prior to installation. Time of year does impact this process. Our busiest time of the year for Landscape Design and Installation is April, May, June, September, October & November.

Design Fee:  The Design fee of $350 is paid once the design has been started. This fee is applied back as a credit with your landscape installation of $3,500 or more. Once the design is complete if you decide to hold off on your project installation then the design is yours and the fee of $350 is ours.

Budget:  Establishing your budget is very important to this process and will help to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Your budget for a full Landscape Make Over or Renovation should range from $3,500 - $35,000. The wide range is impacted by the scope of work, size and quantity of plants, installation of stone/brick borders and other hardscapes.

* - The fees listed above apply to projects in the Frisco/Prosper areas. We are glad to work with you outside our immediate service area, but there may be different fees involved. Of course, we will review these with you prior to starting.

Minor Landscape Updates:  Sometimes you only need to add or take away a few shrubs, need a clean up of existing landscape or just want to add some color and mulch. You're probably spending less than $3,500 and there is no need for a formal Landscape Design. In situations such as this Clay can meet with you and provide you with an estimate.  This option is available during non-peak times of the year (July, August, December, & January) and the minimum charge is $1,000.
